Proxy is juices, vinegars, spices, herbs, bitters, tea & other botanicals married into a non-alcoholic potion fit for our witty senses. The final products are gracefully stylized beverages, assembled in the image of wine without necessarily trying to BE wine. A salty blend of crispy pinot blanc juice, fresh picked peach, strawberry vinegar, white sage, white peony, peeling an orange to share, grandma’s stewed rhubarb & Sichuan peppercorn tingles.
