El Espinaler was born in 1896, and today is looked after by David and Miki Tapias, great-great-grandsons of the founder. They continue to maintain the same philosophy of that very first day: to offer a product of the highest quality, prepared and packaged at its optimal moment. Made from Galician Mussels this paté brings intense flavours of the sea and is a fabulous addition to a warm hunk of crusty bread. *Labelled as spicy but don’t fret, it’s quite gentle!*
