Situated on the lower slopes of the Niagara Escarpment, Tawse is a family-owned organic winery. This local orange is a blend of (56%) acid-forward riesling and (44%) ultra-fragrant gewĂŒrztraminer. Together they are macerated for 14 days to extract crisp tannin & this supple dusky-orange colour. Wafting honeysuckle, rose garden and red berries with ripe nectarine, zingy citrus fruits & blooming wildflowers doing summersaults across your tongue. Pour alongside watching waddling Canadian geese & maple blossoms blooming!
