Arianna has wine in her veins, & you can taste her intuitive connection to the practice of winemaking in her sweeping, elegant bottles, as whimsical as they are precise. Local Sicilian grapes are co-fermented in concrete with two weeks of maceration on skins; juice is then aged for another 8 months & bottled unfiltered.
