Like a pixie brushed its wings against your face, leaving a salmon-pink trail of dust, like that from a moth caught between your palms. A family run estate in central Spain’s Manchuela, AltoLandon is one of the highest altitude vineyards in Spain. Farming organically, they also tend their wines without harmful chemicals (including sulphur!). The blend of garnacha blanca’s green richness (50%) and viognier-esque garnacha gris (50%) is left on the skins, giving an orange-y, peach-tastic colour and a subtlety noticeable texture. Apricot and Mirabelle plum bring supportive plushness, with mineral speckles, cracked anise & elegant citrus twill. Enjoy with assorted olives - anchovy stuffed, castelvetrano & kalamata, oh my!
