A BRAND new wine from Lammidia, made by Ontario's very own Kat Nyman, and her partner, as a tribute to their harvest adventure! Started in 2010 by childhood friends Davide Gentile & Marco Giuliani, Lammidia are consistently freaky 5, and low-intervention all the way with no tilling in the vineyards, practicing biodynamics & absolutely NO fining, filtration or sulphur. From their Villa Celiera vineyard, a 50/50 blend of blossomy, fleshy pecorino and orchardly riesling. ‘Domani’ rests somewhere between a textured white and an orange, and who are we to say! Bracing meyer lemon acidity, flower patch, fresh honeycomb, underripe nectarine, petrol & trying something new. Enjoy today, oggi, and enjoy like there is no tomorrow, domani.
