Aged for four months in large oak casks (aka botti grande) and another six months in concrete churning over and over into this perfect storm of fruit and fire. Full of black plums, butcher’s smock, sour cherry bomb, wayward cedar frond, sweet briar rose, roasty cinnamon roll, trampled rosemary & fine-grained tannins for you to lap up.
