‘Crémant du Jura BBF’

A mighty, musing and dense STANDOUT Jura crémant. The world famous wines of Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot are prized and polished to perfection, year after steadfast year. Working with as minimal cellar intervention as possible and great biodynamic care across their 35-hectares of vineyards, Tissot represents some of the best the Jura has to offer, ask anyone. FUN FACT! Between producing their own compost, and the application of herbal teas, everything is done to invigorate vines and help them transmute their unique terroir! The ‘BBF’ is a blend of different vintages (usually two vintages, also called an assemblage) of chardonnay that were aged in oak for nine months before FIVE years on the lees pre-disgorging. Pure granny smith apple, chamomile and guava-tinged bubbles, mounds of minerality, peach cobbler with whipped cream, lime powder, chalk, salt & almond paste. Pour for someone you want to treat, alongside waffles, beignets or pistachio halva.
