A light nâ mineral, wild pack orange. Winemakers Melanie and Michael founded 2Naturkinder in 2013, and have been honing their minimal intervention practice ever since. A destemmed blend of tart bacchus, mineral silvaner & plushy mĂźller-thurgau, all left on skins for one week pulling nimble tannin and tone. FUN FACT! Bacchus is a delightfully aromatic crossing of silvaner and riesling! Wildly enticing, orange blossom and supremely, chalk-inflected reduction, meyer lemonade, pear cotton candy (unsweetened), coriander, chervil & a leesy, cotton ball texture. Enjoy with cedar plank roasted spring salmon.
