This non-vintage blend combines top 2014 and 2015 cuvées (or têtes de cuvée) from 50 to 60-year-old Grand Cru vines in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. Grapes spent four years on the lees and were bottled unfined, unfiltered, & oozing finesse. Lean, dry and salty-fresh with notes of lemon verbena, tangerine & grapefruit oil that unfurls into rock salt, wet rocks and a whiff of white pepper. Like a streak of light in the sky, this stunning blanc de blancs draws a brilliant arc of flavours that shine brightly in the glass, gloriously harmonious like a 36-part symphony.
