Low in alcohol, high in Great Gatsby glamour and aged for 9 months on the lees in tank, this opulent white is a muse to be mused upon. Petrol straight from a ‘69 DeVille, white silk florals, the ‘honey’ in honeycrisp & a sweet croon of luminescent acid tying it all together. Goes best with gold fringe & tiny little hor d’oeuvres on gleaming silver trays.
