Both grapes are direct pressed, the regal gris bringing the zest for life & the blanc takes us by the hand to a sunken conversation pit where we stay for many hours. Texturally luxxx, gunshot reduction, churning your own butter, sandstone minerality, shimmering horned melon acidity, salty frills & fermenting tomato water. Enjoy with a full loaf of Robinson bread slathered in local grass-fed butter.
