A rough and tumble baby Lambrusco with wild cru Beaujolais vibes. The latest release from local lovers Paradise Grapevine, and the first to be entirely made on Geary Avenue (#locationlocationlocation)! From an ongoing partnership with organic growers Erv, Esther & Eric who tend to some of Ontario’s oldest Chardonnay and Gamay vines in Niagara on the Lake! This sparkling red pet-nat was macerated for a month and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with zero sulphur. Lips like ripe cherries, ears of tart minerals, nose of violet candies & eyes that vibrate romance. Pour alongside heart shaped furniture & tubs full of bubbs.
