All you need is love, a can-full of it in fact! Broc Cellars has been a Berkeley-based natural winery since 2004, making welcoming and approachable wines, ideal for everyday drinking. A perfect recipe, complete with: clear acidity from (66%) valdiguié, texture from (18%) carignan, spice from (7%) zinfandel, herbaceousness from (5%) grenache noir & salinity from the (4%) barbera. The grenache underwent carbonic maceration which really upped its aromatics, and then all grapes were stomped, and remained on the skins and stems for up to 24 hours. U-pick strawberries, reeds and grass, blood orange, papaya juice, watermelon aqua fresca, dried thyme & sea salt. Enjoy at the skate park and don’t forget, this can is HALF a bottle of wine!
