Made from just 5 rows of grapes (planted together in the 80s) picked & fermented in the tradition of Gemischter Satz. The grapes macerate for four days, whole cluster, and are then aged in stainless steel tank. Succulent raspberry & cranberry juiciness is cut with earthy, umami moments that keep this tart treasure well-rounded. A 90’s makeover montage from princess to punk - familiar, intriguing, accessible and just a little wild. Smidges of yeasty greek yogurt and mineral threads bring the whole bottle together. Best served lightly chilled and well-shaken before opening.
