Dry Vermouth

Keeping a good, dry vermouth around (in your fridge!) is one of those sage pieces of advice you forget about until you medically need a martini and the LCBO closed an hour ago. Versatile enough for cocktails but perfect on its own over ice, this has delicate notes of white balsamic, slightly unripe stone fruit, green fennel & a whiff of bitter pantry spice.
