This is such a sprawling & poetic vermouth. Don’t put it in a cocktail! It is a complicated soul & needs to shine & be mulled over on its own. Neutral spirits are infused with locally grown thyme, rosemary, lavender, rose & Moroccan orange peel. Romantic and utterly delicious.
