A blend of earthy merlot (60%) and spiced, fruity pinot noir (40%) that sees five days on skins to keep tannin extraction under control. Late summer morning in a coming of age film, highbush blueberry, PEPPER spice, a dry, old wood cask, with bright raspberries & red currants inside. Enjoy with a platter of grilled zucchini, while looking up, “what vegetables masquerade as fruits?”.
