Where do you ship your wines?
Currently, we offer local delivery across the Greater Toronto Area and shipping to select provinces across Canada. Please check our shipping page for specific zone rates and delivery windows.
What makes a wine 'natural'?
We focus on wines made with minimal intervention. This means organically or biodynamically grown grapes, fermented with native yeasts, and little to no added sulfites or additives during the winemaking process.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of organic products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste. however, if your bottle is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes. By law, someone 19 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers cannot leave alcohol unattended on porches or in lobbies.
How should I store my natural wine?
Natural wines are living products. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place (ideally 12-15°C). For 'pet-nat' sparkling wines, ensure they are chilled thoroughly before opening to prevent overflow.
Do you offer wine subscriptions?
Yes! Our monthly wine club offers curated packs of our favorite seasonal bottles, complete with tasting notes and pairing suggestions, delivered right to your door.
